Luz del Mar Hotel  - reopening  December 19th, 2020.

In cooperation with AXA, the Canary Island government has launched a corona insurance policy free of charge for tourists. The insurance is automatically taken out for all tourists in the Canary Islands and initially has a term of one year. Here you get more informations.

How do we ensure your stay?

For weeks we've been preparing for the reopening. With these good intentions, we have developed concepts that meet the hygiene and health standards set by the government. These are imposed by the health authorities. This means that, all distance rules will be taken into account (e. g. at the reception), the cleaning of the room will be extended, the disinfection rules will be applied.


In the room

Naturally, the rooms are thoroughly disinfected before your arrival. Cleaning is carried out in accordance with the hygiene rules of the day. Our rooms are at least 30 square meters, so big that, there is enough space and air for a relaxed vacation. All rooms have windows or doors that can be opened, so you can take care of air circulation yourself.


In the complex

The exterior areas of our hotel complex are generously designed. Each room has its own access to the outside. This allows you to avoid meetings with other customers at any time. The pool has over 300 square meters of space to ensure your comfort. Hammocks around the pool are placed at a distance and are available in sufficient numbers. Even when entering the complex, after check-in , you can choose not to enter through the reception area and use your room card to access the outside area.


Restaurant and bar

At the entrance, we ask for the disinfection of your hands at the hygienization stations provided. In our restaurant we have enough tables on the terrace and in the restaurant to offer all guests seats with the necessary distance. Depending on the regulations in force, we will serve breakfast or offer it partly as a buffet. Dinner and a la carte orders are naturally served at the table. Our services will take into account the necessary hygiene standards.


Spa-Massage-Gym Zone

We are able to guarantee that all the facilities, such as the sauna, gym, etc. . . are available and open at the hotel during your holidays, guaranteeing your daily safety and hygiene and following all the necessary safety regulations for your complete enjoyment.
